1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Services beginning during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that the performance of a service begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period and you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal before the service has been fully performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time when you informed me of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with your prior express consent and you confirmed before performance began that you understood that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.
4. Digital content
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, including an individually created audio file where applicable, the right of withdrawal expires when performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that:
- you expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period,
- you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
- you received confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium.
